The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun

I loved this vacation hotel and stayed for 7 nights here. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with lagoon view.

The room was cleaned and available with a balcony. All of the staff were best, efficient.

We loved our 3-nights stay.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The rooms were brand-new with king beds. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of options. The staff was fairly friendly and I had a late checkout.

Breakfast was above average, nice views, marvellous location really close to Mexico and the airport and Cancun. My room included climate control, flat-screen television and a coffee maker.

Pleasant and fairly clean place with a fancy lobby. The daily service was excellent.

All good - we appreciated this vacation hotel - the food was good and the staff were attentive.

Staff and service are very good here, had an excellent stay in a room in the old part of the hotel far from nice compared to the first time. There is a nice restaurant for dinner in the bar and the restaurant.

The rooms were gorgeous, it was clean and reasonably large venue. I loved the room with lagoon view, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

This hotel was in a pretty nice area really close to the airport, the beach, the coast. Having different hot drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch.

The staff was service-oriented and my room was great-sized. Spotless hotel with a business location. Wonderful view, a large balcony, good bed, too. They provided a satisfactory continental breakfast on site. Quiet garden outside.

We were there for 4 nights, overall had a really nice stay. It was a stress free hotel which also was beautifully clean. Plenty of supplies in the room : a mini-bar, flat-screen TV, an iron and ironing board. A beach restaurant was affordable...

This time it was a great stay for us. We appreciated breakfast that was included. Swimming pool was heated too. It was a 4-star hotel in every way.

2 miles to playa delfines. We enjoyed our stay, and we can recommend the hotel.
